Twig (Amy Todman, forthcoming 2019)
Chapbook, 32 pp, edition of 100
Twig is a play in four acts. It is an intense encounter with twigs, a type of thing most often categorised as inanimate. The focus on twigs is absurd.
“The stage is empty except for the sound of letters being spoken as lines and circles. It is a fine rain of the uncertain forming of shapes in the mouth of the narrator.”
